Care for difficult sleep.
Look at the whole picture.

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested can affect the rest of your day. We can look at your sleep alongside your mental health, routines, and medical history.

Understanding your experience

Start with a conversation.

We’ll talk about your sleep pattern, how long the difficulty has been happening, and how it affects you during the day. We’ll also review medications, substances, other symptoms, and whether evaluation by a medical or sleep specialist is needed.

Planning together

Consider your options.

Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is usually the first treatment recommended for long-term insomnia. We can discuss referral for CBT-I, changes that may support sleep, and whether medication has an appropriate role in your individual plan.

Your next step

Care that starts with you.

Care begins with an individual assessment. We’ll discuss whether my practice fits your needs and what follow-up could look like. When another type or level of care may be more appropriate, I’ll try to help you find it.

Initial evaluation: 60 minutes · Covered by participating insurances or $300 self-pay. Coverage depends on your plan and confirmed participation.
