Start with the fuller picture

Your mental health is more than
a checklist.

You may be wondering about ADHD for the first time or looking for support with a diagnosis you already have. Wherever you are, I’ll meet you where you’re at.

We’ll explore your current concerns, earlier life experiences, health history, and how difficulties with focus, attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity have shown up across your life. Attention problems can have more than one explanation. It’s not always ADHD, and it’s not always just ADHD alone, so that fuller picture matters.

I specialize in adult ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and medication management through online visits in New York State.

How care takes shape

First, we explore your experiences with mental health issues until we understand.
Then we plan together.

A collaborative approach, with space to ask questions and speak your mind, and most importantly to make your preferences known.

01 · Assessment

Make room for your story

Discuss your concerns, history, previous care, and future goals. Relevant records or questionnaires may help clarify the picture, but those aren't the only parts of the picture we'll be looking at.

02 · Treatment planning

Understand your options

We’ll discuss medication options when appropriate, uphold your preferences, and address all your questions before deciding on a plan.

03 · Follow-up

Stay in the conversation

Follow-up appointments give us time to explore things like side effects, changes in your day-to-day functioning, and whether the plan is helping with the things that matter most to you.

Can I book if I have never been diagnosed?

Yes. An initial evaluation can explore whether ADHD explains your concerns. It considers the fuller picture and while it does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, it does give us the opportunity to start addressing your concerns.

Can I seek care if I already have an ADHD diagnosis?

Yes. We’ll discuss your previous treatment history, what worked and what didn’t, and evaluate the effects your current treatment is having. Bring previous records and medication information if you have them; with your permission, I can request records from prior providers.

Does an assessment guarantee medication?

No. Medication decisions follow an individual assessment of your needs and treatment options. An evaluation does not guarantee a prescription or a particular medication.

Is this neuropsychological testing?

No. This is a psychiatric assessment and medication-management service, not neuropsychological testing.
