Support through grief and loss.
Space for what has changed.

Loss can change how everyday life feels. You do not need a polished explanation or a particular timeline to talk about what you are carrying and the support you are looking for.

Understanding your experience

Start with a conversation.

We can talk about the loss, how you are managing day to day, and changes in sleep, mood, relationships, or routines. I’ll ask about your history and the people or resources you can turn to for support.

Planning together

Consider your options.

We’ll discuss the kind of support that fits your experience, which may include psychotherapy, a grief support resource, or referral to another clinician. If other symptoms also need assessment or treatment, we can consider those together without assuming that grief itself needs medication.

Your next step

Care that starts with you.

Care begins with an individual assessment. We’ll discuss whether my practice fits your needs and what follow-up could look like. When another type or level of care may be more appropriate, I’ll try to help you find it.

Initial evaluation: 60 minutes · Covered by participating insurances or $300 self-pay. Coverage depends on your plan and confirmed participation.
