Your first visit

You bring yourself.
We start there.

A few practical steps can help you feel more prepared for an online appointment.

Before we meet

Make a little
room for yourself.

01

Find a private space

Choose a comfortable place in New York where you can talk freely. Check your internet connection, camera, and audio before the visit.

02

Bring your history

Have your current medication and supplement list, previous treatment information, and relevant questions nearby.

03

Think about your goals

You do not need a perfect explanation. A few notes about what has been difficult and what you hope will change are enough to begin.

04

Leave room for questions

We will discuss next steps together. Ask about anything that feels unclear.

What happens in the appointment?

Your initial evaluation is scheduled for 60 minutes. It makes time for your concerns, your history, and a conversation about care that fits your needs.

Follow-up medication management appointments are 20 minutes. Psychotherapy appointments are 40 or 60 minutes.

Your next step

Let’s start with a conversation.
